Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence serves as the Executive Director of the Ridgefield YMCA, where she brings over 12 years of experience with the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette. A passionate advocate for child development, Jennifer is dedicated to nurturing young minds and helping them grow into confident, compassionate adults. With a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology, she combines her expertise in physical health and mental wellness to support individuals of all ages in achieving their best selves.

Beyond her role at the YMCA, Jennifer is an active board member for Dinner and a Movie, a homeless ministry dedicated to serving those in need. She is also deeply involved in her church community, where she contributes her time and energy to various initiatives. Jennifer is married to Mark, and has a wonderful adult daughter, Cassidy.

A true believer in the YMCA’s mission, Jennifer is committed to creating a positive impact on both individuals and the community at large. Her passion for service, personal growth, and community development drives everything she does.
